Online Compliance Panel is a information service provider in the compliance and regulation space which has scaled in a very short period of time to be a multi-million dollar business.Online Compliance Panel work in tandem with the latest US FDA regulations/regulatory compliance in creating training sessions suitable for individuals and corporations. It is a predominantly web based information exchange forum and emphasizes in offering regulatory compliance training to compliance professionals on varied topics.
BACKGROUND
The website needed to increase it's conversion rates by guiding the website visitor to successfully completing a purchase or enrolling for their webinars. The existing landing page had too many call to actions(CTA's), so the site user was overwhelmed with so many different options, that they would leave the site, without it leading to a conversion.
PROCESS
The site lacked proper branding and overall structure. The landing page needed to have better focus and call to action(CTA). The onboarding process needed to be clear and the entire cycle from initial interest in the training session and converting that interest into an purchase, was crucial. I started working on the site and the user flows first. The focus of the landing pages was the "Upcoming Webinars" and "OnDemand Webinars". A featured webinar on the page created interest and trust for the site visitor. Interacting with featured webinar also would take the user through the same flow as the "Upcoming" or "OnDemand" webinars. Designed a clean and intuitive user interface to allow the customer to focus on the Webinars list.
